Located in Sandgate, just around the corner from the Fruit and Vege Market, we’re proud to be the leading floral supplier in Newcastle and beyond.
Our cool-room is stocked with fresh flowers, with deliveries arriving 5 days a week. In addition to fresh blooms, we carry a wide range of industry essentials, including floristry accessories, dried and preserved flowers and foliage, and a seasonal plant range.
We trade 6 days a week and welcome everyone in the flower business, whether you’re a TAFE student, new to the industry, or a seasoned professional.
Our friendly staff bring expertise from all areas of floristry, ensuring your orders are handled with care and understanding.
Regional Delivery Service
From Newcastle, we proudly service regional NSW and beyond with a dedicated delivery team. We deliver Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday deliveries where possible, or collection from depot locations).
Our regional team takes tremendous pride in sourcing, picking, and packing to perfection, ensuring your blooms arrive fresh, reliable, and ready for your customers. We know how important product quality is to small businesses and work hard to deliver immaculately.

Ordering Process
Our fresh flower availability list is updated regularly and shared early each market day via email.
Orders close at 2pm daily to allow short turnaround times for picking and packing.
Submit orders via email or text message for quick processing and to secure your preferred blooms.

JOIN THE CLUB
Flower HQ is a wholesale trade-only supplier, so you will need to be a registered business with a current ABN, and trading within the floristry industry. Please submit your business details via our enquiries form, and we will review and approve.
If you are a current TAFE student studying floristry, or are currently studying floristry with an independent educator, you are welcome to shop with us for your practical assignments.
