Flower HQ Newcastle is your one-stop-shop for all things Floristry. Located in Sandgate just around the corner from the Fruit and Vege market we are the leading floral supplier in Newcastle. We have a cool-room full of fresh flowers with fresh deliveries 4 days a week, as well as other industry necessities such as floristry accessories, dried and preserved flowers and foliage, and a seasonal plant range. Trading 6 days a week, if you are in the flowers business, a TAFE student, or new to the industry… Get in touch with our friendly team for access to our wholesale service.
Our friendly staff are all experienced in different areas of the floristry world as well so you can count on our understanding of how important your order is and we will make sure we service your needs to the best of our ability.

We are open 6 days a week, and are closed National and State Public Holidays, as well as the period from Christmas Day until the first business day after New Years Day.

Applying for Membership
Flower HQ is a wholesale trade-only supplier, so you will need to be a registered business with a current ABN, and trading within the floristry industry. Please submit your business details via our Membership Form, and we will review and approve, if more information is required you will receive an email.
If you are a current TAFE student studying floristry, or are currently studying floristry with an independent educator, you are welcome to shop with us for your practical assignments.
Ordering Process
At Flower HQ Newcastle we receive a fresh delivery every market day... Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You are able to place orders for specific lines and colours, we do prefer 1 week notice for local product and 2 weeks notice for imported goods. However we do understand this isn't always possible and will do our best to accommodate late orders where possible.
You can simply email us directly on ncorders@flowerhq.com.au, we prefer emailed orders and we will do the rest! It is important to note that we do trade with seasonal and perishable products, and we cannot guarantee that everything you order will always be available… But we do our best to source everything for you.
Wedding and Special Events
If you are ordering for weddings, functions and large events.. It is important that you have your orders to us at least 2 weeks prior to the desired pick-up day. We source products from all over Australia and around the world, so the more notice you can provide the more options we have to source not only the best product for your job, but also work on getting you the best price we can.
