At Flower HQ Newcastle, we are proud to offer a regional delivery service to our clientele further out from the major cities. We deliver all over regional NSW and beyond, Tuesday to *Saturday (*Saturday permitted we can get to you - but there are many depots available for collection).

Our regional team who is lead by Imogen take tremendous pride in picking and packing to perfection and do their absolute best to ensure their regional customers are happy with their fresh flower deliveries.
The regional department operates from 7am,
Mon - Sat 7am - 10am
Ordering Process
We update our fresh flower availability list daily, and aim to get it out as early in the day as we can. Some lines can sell out quickly, but we always try to notify out customers in this case. We take orders up until 1.30pm daily - it is appreciated that the cut off time is adhered to so we can sufficiently get orders packed in time for next day delivery. Invoicing is done of an afternoon.
We prefer orders to be emailed or sent via text message so both ourselves and customers have a record of what's been ordered. This also allows us to utilise our short picking/packing time window most effectively to retrieve your desired blooms before they sell out.
